A portion of National Highway 31D's railway flyover guarder collapsed in Goaltuli, Siliguri early Saturday morning. No casualties were reported from the accident site.
Speaking about the incident, construction manager said, "We are doing the technical analysis and it is only then we can ascertain the actual reason behind the collapse".
