Two groups clash in east Delhi's Khichripur over sick cow, six hurt

NEW DELHI: There was tension in east Delhi's Khichripur when two groups clashed during an argument over removing a sick cow lying on the road on Saturday evening.

Six people were injured after members of the groups pelted stones at each other. Police have detained a dozen people for questioning after the incident and have registered two cases of rioting and causing hurt against them. The animal has been sent to a rescue shelter.
