The Centurion University has achieved another milestone in the area of skill development and industrial training. Two ITIs of the university have been placed among the top 10 in the rankings conducted by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

The Government of India has just completed the process of grading all ITIs in the country. In the results published on Wednesday, Centurion ITC, Bhubaneswar and Centurion ITI, Paralakhemundi have been declared as excellent industrial training centers and have been placed within the top 10 of the 5,090 ITIs surveyed in 26 States.

The Centurion ITIs scored 3.71, which is the top second in the list.

In Odisha, 96 ITIs were graded out of which 46 are run by the Government and 50 by private organisations. Only 5 scored more than 3.00, including three Government ITIs, and rest two belonging to the Centurion University.
