Cyber cell nabs two brothers

State Cyber cell police have nabbed two brothers for posting life threats to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on twitter.

The two accused posted five times from August 2 to August 7. They twitted that if Chief Minister would come Seoni during Jan Ashirwad Yatra he would be killed.

Nabbed accused bothers were identified as Jitendra Arjunwar (32) and Bharat Kumar Arjunwar (25).

SP Cyber Cell Bhopal Sudeep Goyanka said that within two hours after the tweet was detected the twitter profile was blocked and within 24 hours the profile was tracked which was found to be operated from Barghat Seoni after which the two were searched and nabbed.

The details of the two accused would be checked. The main accused Jitendra was provided with SIM card and internet facility.

The accused created profile ‘god is great’ and used to post threats to Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, he added.

SP Goyanka said that Jitendra returned from Pakistan few months and was supported by many organizations financially and gained fame.

It is possible that to regain diminishing fame Jitendra did the act as in the investigation till today nothing concrete has been found as reason for posting life threats to the Chief Minister.

More details would be collected from the accused in the further investigation as cyber cell acted swiftly to nab the accused.

After the preliminary investigation the police registered a case under sections 506 and 507 of the IPC and sections 66 and 66 C of the IT Act.
