Jagan’s wife Bharathi named in ED chargesheet

HYDERABAD: The Enforcement Directorate (ED), probing the disproportionate assets case of YS Jaganmohan Reddy, filed a chargesheet naming his wife Y S Bharathi as an accused in a case relating to Bharathi Cements under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). A chargesheet filed by the CBI in the same case had not named Bharathi as accused.

Apart from Bharathi, the ED has named Vijaya Sai, Silicon Builders, Sandur Power, Classic Realty, Saraswati Power, former mines director VD Rajagopal and former IAS officer Kripanandam, among others in the chargesheet.
