Vodafone's 2 new plans offering 3.5GB and 4.5GB data per day
NEW DELHI: The data war is not going to end anytime soon as telecom operators are still coming up with new plans to woo the customers. Recently, BSNL and Airtel introduced their new plans and now Vodafone has come with new plans for its prepaid subscribers.


Vodafone has rolled out two new plans of Rs 549 and Rs 799. The plans offer heavy amount of data in order to provide uninterrupted user experience. Under the Rs 549 plan, the service provider is offering 3.5GB data per day. Along with this, users can also enjoy unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day for the period of 28 days under the Rs 549 plan.


On the other hand, under the Rs 799 plan, Vodafone users can enjoy unlimited calling with 4.5GB per day. The plan comes with a validity of 28 days and also allows users to send 100 SMS per day.


Along with this, under both the plans Vodafone users will also get free access to live TV, movies and video content available on the Vodafone Play app.


With these new plans, Vodafone aims to compete against the 4GB and 5GB data plans from Reliance Jio. The new plans will give competition to Rs 509 and Rs 799 plans of Reliance Jio. Both the above mentioned Jio plans comes with the validity of 28 days and offer unlimited local and STD calling facility with 100 SMS per day. However, Reliance Jio is offering 0.5 more data under both the plans. The Rs 509 plan offer 4GB data per day, while the Rs 799 plan gives 5GB data daily. Along with this, Reliance Jio users also have access to all the Reliance Jio apps for free.
