The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 9 August 2018.

The stock had hit a high of Rs 285.60 so far during the day. The stock had hit a low of Rs 261.60 so far during the day, which is also 52-week low for the counter. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 883.65 on 5 January 2018.

The audit committee did not recommend the said financial results to the board for its approval, pending closure of certain matters, the company said in a statement.

(India) reported net loss of Rs 1036 crore in Q4 March 2018 as against net profit of Rs 602.42 crore in Q4 March 2017. Net sales rose 8.73% to Rs 5924.85 crore in Q4 March 2018 over Q4 March 2017.
