LUCKNOW: Though the sky remained
cloudy, the city got a break from rains on Tuesday. Met officials said light to moderate rainfall will continue on Wednesday and Thursday. Heavy showers may occur on Friday and Saturday.
Rainfall occurred at a few places in the wee hours on Tuesday but the day was generally dry. Temperatures were below normal, keeping conditions pleasant.
The maximum temperature was 32.7 degrees Celsius, a degree below normal, and minimum temperature was 24.4 degrees Celsius, also a degree below normal. On Wednesday, sky is expected to be partly cloudy with possibility of rains or thundershower. Maximum and minimum temperature would be around 32 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively. Similar conditions are expected on Thursday. Rainfall activity will increase on Friday and Saturday, but decline on Sunday.
