The Western Odisha Yadav Development Council would stage a demonstration at the Collectorate here on Wednesday against Junagarh MLA Captain Dibyashankar Mishra for his alleged misbehaviour to a physically-challenged person.

Besides, the council would send a memorandum to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik through the district Collector seeking action against the MLA.

“We demand that a case be registered against the MLA as he has abused and threatened to kill a person with disability (PwD),” said council chairman Balram Singh Yadav
