Rep. Collins removed from House committee after arrest, Ryan says

House Speaker Paul Ryan said Wednesday that Rep. Chris Collins won't serve on the chamber's Energy and Commerce Committee until a securities-fraud case against him is settled. New York Republican Collins was arrested Wednesday in a case related to an Australian biotech company. Ryan said the allegations "demand a prompt and thorough investigation by the House Ethics Committee."
