Police say the men are all bikie gang members or associates.

Officers from Taskforce Nemesis in the ACT and Raptor South in NSW conducted a high-visibility operation between last Thursday and Sunday as part of an investigation into conflicts between members of the Finks and Comancheros in and around Canberra.

As well as seizing the drugs and handcuffs, police served four firearms prohibition notices.

Two men aged 30, and others aged 41 and 46, have been charged with various offences and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
