Medium sugar ends mixed in listless trade

Mumbai, Aug 8 (PTI) Medium sugar prices ended mixed in an otherwise listless Vashi wholesale market here today on alternate bouts of buying and selling.

Small sugar prices ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying support.

Medium sugar (M-30) was quoted at Rs 3,252/3,505 per quintal from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 3,272/3,492.

Small sugar (S-30) closed unchanged to Rs 3,170/3,312.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,170/3,312 (Rs 3,170/3,312).
