Bollywood ex-flame Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra have always been fans’ favourite couple in Bollywood. The two have dates each other, on and off, since the release of their first Bollywood movie Student of The Year. However, the duo called it quits after Sidharth’s rumoured closeness with co-star Jacqueline Fernandez on the sets of A Gentleman.
While the two never came out in public about dating each other, Alia and Sidharth never shied away from calling each other ‘a special friend’. A throwback video of Alia Bhatt has surfaced on the social media in which Alia Bhatt has chosen ex-boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra over Ranbir Kapoor justifying it by calling him a very ‘special friend’.
The clip going viral is from Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss when Alia Bhatt appeared on the show to promote her film Dear Zindagi. In the video, when the host Salman Khan asks Alia to choose between Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, she chose Ranbir after thinking for a second but when the choice came between Ranbir and Sidharth, Alia picked Sidharth in no time.
While Alia and Sidharth looked like a power couple, they are now rumoured to be dating different people from the industry. On one hand, Alia Bhatt is dating her Brahmastra co-star Ranbir Kapoor, it is being said that Sidharth is getting close to Lust Storie's actress Kiara Advani.
If rumours are to be true, Sidharth and Kiara are spending a lot of time together. The duo first met at a house party hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar and then became close friends. Sidharth was even invited to Kiara’s birthday party as well.
