DVD with images of Holocaust, abortion dropped in WA mailboxes

A DVD containing confronting images of the Holocaust and abortion has been dropped in the mailboxes of Albany residents, according to police.

Great Southern District Police said officers had received reports of the DVD drop from a number of residents, and issued a warning about the contents of the disc on Tuesday.

“Residents of areas around Albany have reported receiving a DVD in their mailbox,” the warning reads.

“No envelope, just in a plastic sleeve. The disc contains graphic images and video that may cause concern.

“Please be aware before you load onto your computer.”

It’s understood the DVD is a 33-minute 2011 documentary about abortion, called 180.

Produced by New Zealand filmmaker and author Ray Comfort, the film is notable due to its comparisons of the Holocaust and abortion, and is produced by evangelistic Christian publishers Living Waters.
