The next hearing of the case has been fixed for August 14.

All directors and promoters of real estate major Amrapali Group will be rendered homeless if the company fails to deposit Rs 5,000 crore needed to build unfinished projects, the Supreme Court warned on Wednesday. The top court also directed the group to submit a proposal on selling of its assets to raise Rs 4,000 crore to enable completion of housing projects. The company has been facing the wrath of the Supreme Court after homebuyers moved the top court for not getting their flats delivered on time.
