To create awareness among the people on the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the last four years, the BJP has launched Samarthanegagi Samparka Abhiyan in Chitradurga district to distribute booklets, according to MLA G.H. Thippareddy.
Speaking after launching the abhiyan at the District Bar Association here on Monday, he said that the Prime Minister has launched several programmes for the welfare of all sections of society.
Steps were taken to strengthening diplomatic ties with all countries across the world and also improving trade relations with many of them. But some vested interests are trying to tarnish the image of Mr. Modi by misguiding people of the country, he said.
Mr. Thippareddy also announced that ₹ 10 lakh would be released for taking up repair works in the Bar Association building in the district.
