Watch: Villagers catch 7-feet-long crocodile after forest officials fail to act
Source: TNNVillagers caught the 7-feet-long crocodile that had strayed into the village pond and had become a danger for residents. The villagers acted on their own after forest officials did not act on being informed by the residents. The villagers used their bare hands and a fishing net to catch the crocodile. The villagers then held a minor celebration and handed over the animal to the forest department officials.
