The system will auto-assign the batch of deliveries to the agent in the queue. In Tookan Pooling system of package delivery, delivery agent can only set a maximum limit of two pools. It works on a single pickup and delivery. The pool is matched when both the tasks lie in the same route and it also ensures both the tasks are completed on time and distance is not exceeded.
