3 IAS, 42 PCS officers shifted

Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday transferred three IAS and 42 PCS officers, including officers of the rank of special secretary.

Vice-Chairman of Hapur-Pilkhua Development Authority, Gaya Prasad, has been posted as Special Secretary, Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS). 

Vice-Chairman of Saharanpur Development Authority, Sukhlal Bharti, has been given additional charge of Municipal Commissioner of Saharanpur Nagar Nigam. 

Municipal Commissioner of Saharanpur Nagar Nigam, Gyanendra Singh, has been posted as Vice-Chairman of Hapur-Pilkhua Development Authority.  

Among the PCS officers, Additional Housing Commissioner Mahendra Kumar has been posted as Special Secretary, Urban Development; Regional Food Controller, Moradabad, Chandra Prakash, has been shifted as Special Secretary, Basic Education; Special Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies Sheetla Prasad, goes in same capacity to Department of Personnel and Appointment; Additional Commissioner, Lucknow Nagar Nigam, Manoj Kumar, has been posted as Special Secretary, Higher Education and Rakesh Verma has been posted as Special Secretary, Home.

The transfer of Additional Director, SUDA, Vijay Kumar Singh, as Chief Development Officer of Shahjahanpur has been cancelled.  Senior PCS officer Shatrughan Singh, posted as Additional Director, ICDS, has been elevated as the Director of the department.

The other PCS officers transferred include officers of the rank of chief development officer, additional district magistrate, additional commissioner, chief revenue officer and sub-divisional magistrate.
