Announced: CBSE Class 12 compartment result 2018 declared at cbseresults.nic.in

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday announced the result of Class 12 board compartmental examinations, which were held on July 16. Candidates can check their results at www.cbseresults.nic.in. The board has also given a link to check school wise list.

The Class 12 board exam results were declared in May in which 83.01% students were declared successful. There were 11,86,306 candidates, who registered for the exams held at 4,138 centres in India and 71 venues outside the country.

Meghna Srivastava was the all-India topper with 499 marks out of 500, followed by Anoushka Chandra with 498 marks. Seven students with 497 marks secured the third position. The first and second all-India toppers for the CBSE Class 12 exam were from humanities stream.

The number of students scoring 90% and above was 72,599, an increase of almost 19,000 from 2017, according to information shared by the board.

Girls performed better than boys by 9.32 percentage points. The pass percentage for girls was 88.31 and for boys, it was 78.99.

1) Visit CBSE results website at cbseresults.nic.in

1) Click on the link for compartment result 2018

2) Key in your roll no, school no and centre no on the login page that opens

3) Click submit

4) The result will be displayed on the screen

5) Download the result and take a print out

The board has not yet declared the CBSE Class 10 compartment result.
