Team India’s new ‘Wall’ Cheteshwar Pujara’s eviction from the 1st Test against England at Edgbaston was a highly debated topic among fans and experts. The discussion further intensified after India’s top-order failed to perform and visitors grabbed the 1st Test by 31 runs. Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag believes that now India should give Pujara a chance in the 2nd Test at Lord’s and expressed his opinion on Twitter. Sehwag wrote this on the social networking site: “Pope likely to play for England, Should India play Pujara in the second test? After all, it’s Lords.”
Pope likely to play for England,
Should India play Pujara in the second test. ?
After all it’s Lords— Virender Sehwag (@virendersehwag) August 6, 2018
After this, a horde of fans commented on Sehwag’s tweet who have their say on Pujara’s inclusion in India’s playing XI for the 2nd Test. Check below what Twitterati had said:

Surely Pujara need to play, if he not score runs at least waste energy of England bowlers, may score 20 runs in 200 balls. and next match will not end in 3 and half day,

Yes positively Pujara 100% must play in the 2nd test he’s been our best performer in our home season scoring past even Kohli and in south Africa he hit a 50 which no other top indian batsman could do except Kohli.Dropping Pujara just because of poor county form is unacceptable

Talking about Pujara, the opener is a well-established Test batsman and has scored 4531 runs in 58 matches. Pujara has a quite a good record when it comes to the cricket’s longest format. India dropped Pujara because of his poor form in county cricket where he managed to score just 172 runs in 12 innings at an average of 14.33. And now, going to the 2nd Test, Pujara is expected to make a comeback in place of Dhawan who failed to convert his good start into big scores in the first Test. Co-incidentally, India have more than a 50 per cent win rate when Pujara plays.
Talking about the first Test, expect skipper Virat Kohli, the rest of the team failed miserably as India failed to chase down 194-run target. Kohli scored his maiden century on English soil and followed that by a fifty in the second innings.
