In this role, Rita will lead and oversee all spa efforts at the hotel’s recently opened spa – ‘The Sanctuary’.
Apart from this her role will also include the creation and execution of the spa’s treatment menu inspired by the “Escape and Unwind” theme, where one can choose any of the treatment rooms, each inspired by the three most sort after butterflies in the world- The Orange Tip, The Red Admiral and The Purple Emperor.
Mr. Vinesh Gupta, General Manager, The Den, Bengaluru mentioned that as a former lead therapist, Rita knows her clientele well and recognizes what best suits them.
He also feels that she understands that superior quality services are the foundation of ‘The Sanctuary’ spa at The Den Bengaluru.
Rita Gupta in her role will oversee all operational facets of the spa and lead the continuous advancement of ‘The Sanctuary’. She will also focus on guaranteeing the highest levels of service delivery by aligning spa menus, signature treatments promoting packages, increasing business and spa revenues.

Rita brings with her 10+ years of technical experience to her management position, all of it hands on.
She has learnt from the best luxury brands like Leela Palace, Ritz Carlton, Alila Hotels and also from her overseas experience in Maldives. In all her roles, she has been recognized as a driving force in her department, a trait that is fast getting recognized as her trademark.
