DDA TO PLANT 10 LAKH TREES in DELHI THIS YEAR

Hardeep S Puri, Union Minister of State (I/C) Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India on Sunday Inaugurated the ‘Van Mahotsav' celebrated by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) by plantation of around 20,000 trees across Delhi on Sunday.  Hon'ble Lt. Governor of Delhi, Anil Baijal, Parvesh Sahib Singh, Member of Parliament and Udai Pratap Singh, Vice-Chairman,DDA were also present on the occasion along with senior officers of MoHUA and DDA.

FICCI organises Private Security Industry Conclave

‘Private Security Industry Conclave (PSIC), organised by FICCI on Sunday, when as many as 17 security guard agencies came forward and together committed to training over 300,000 security guards under the government’s ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ (RPL) scheme in the first go. MDs and CEOs of companies such as SIS, G4S, Peregrine, Checkmate, NISA, SMS Security, Orion, Terrier, Raxa-GMR etc inked MoUs with the Management and Entrepreneurship & Professional Skills Council (MEPSC).

NMDC DAV ITI secured best grading in Chhattisgarh

Best known for Corporate Social Responsibility and India's Largest Iron Ore Producer, NMDC's efforts towards imparting technical education to rural youth and skill development has been recognized once again. NMDC DAV Industrial Training Institute at Bhansi, Dantewada secured best grading in Chhattisgarh state and 21st rank in the country as per the rating given by CRISIL, a reputed international rating agency.

RWA, NBCC to jointly start Tree Plantation drive

Additional Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Office Dr. P. K. Mishra and a host of other senior Government functionaries today came together for a plantation drive for enhancing green cover at New Moti Bagh (NMB) residential colony developed by NBCC (India) Ltd.

The plantation drive was a joint initiative between the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of the colony and NBCC Ltd.
