CM presents loan approvals to 2150 youths

August 4 was a day full of gifts for the youth of the State when the dreams of over 2.84 lakh youths of setting up own enterprise was fulfilled. As many as 2150 youths received loan approval and letters of intent of employment from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at the State-level Rozgar, Swarozgar Hitgrahi Sammelan held in Budhni tehsil headquarters of Sehore district. The Chief Minister distributed benefits of other schemes also to about 13,600 beneficiaries.

Chouhan said that he was such a juggler (madari) that as soon as he played his pellet drum (damru) huge electricity bills turned to zero. He was such a juggler who paid the fees of children and is committed to transform Madhya Pradesh. He said that the State Government has done the work of eradicating poverty and has removed the blot of ‘Bimaru’ from the State. He said that today Madhya Pradesh has become a developed state, Now no stone will be left unturned to make the State prosperous.

He further said that 7.50 lakh youths will be given employment out of whom employment has been made available to 2.60 lakh youths. Now the State will no longer be poor. In the next four years the poor persons will not stay in huts, they will be staying in pucca houses. Chouhan said that new schemes have been made to give employment. Within just two months, 2.52 lakh persons have got job opportunities in the state. Children have got job opportunities abroad. He said the campaign to provide jobs to the youths will continue.

Expressing distress over the situation of electricity, roads, water, employment and education in Madhya Pradesh during the former government’s rule, the Chief Minister said that today no teachers are getting less than Rs 40,000 salary per month. Children of farmers and labourers do not have to face difficulties to get education as their fee is being borne by the state government. He appealed to the people to make their children really hard and move forward and not worry about expenses.

The Chief Minister said that employment opportunities are being given in government sector also. Very soon recruitments of teachers, policemen, ANM and doctors, naib tehsildars, patwaris and anganwadi workers are going to be made. Girls are being given reservation in jobs. Besides this, adequate opportunities have been created in the field of self-employment. Youths are being given all possible assistance for self-employment. Exemplary initiative has been taken to take bank loan guarantee and interest subsidy.
