HRD Ministry Needs 'Realistic' Plans To Streamline Process To Recognise Schools: Parliamentary Panel

The panel had earlier recommended that the HRD Ministry should streamline the process of 'certificate of recognition' and make it more transparent and also constitute an independent body comprising of noted academicians, in consultation with respective state governments.
