Veteran actor, filmmaker and now recently turned politician Kamal Haasan is currently busy in promoting his upcoming film Vishwaroopam 2. The south superstar was recently on Salman Khan’s game show Dus Ka Dum as a part of his promotional activity. Haasan recently visited the sets of Nani’s Bigg Boss 2 Telugu for the same. The host shared a fanboy moment with the legendary actor and captioned as, “Fan meets his Favourite actor. Junior Host meets senior Host. Yes … This happened :)).”
In a clip from the preview episode, all the contestants of the reality show thrilled with joy as Kamal Haasan enters the house and has a chat with them. Bigg Boss being one of the largest platforms on television could serve the purpose of promoting Vishwaroopam 2 at the box office.
Apart from Haasan the film also stars Shekhar Kapur, Waheeda Rehman, Rahul Bose, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nasser, Anant Mahadevan, Yusuf Hussain and Rajendra Gupta. The Hindi version of the film is presented by Rohit Shetty and Reliance Entertainment. Talking about the trailer Kamal said, “This film is very close to me and everyone who is a part of this film has worked very hard… It is the faith of the people in our work that makes us stronger. I hope you all like what we have made with love and passion for you all”, reports BollywoodLife.
The film is set to hit the screens on August 10 and will be released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu versions.
