Daly College staff, students get on bikes to promote environment protection


Indore : To create awareness for saving environment, a special event was organised by Daly College. The staff and school council members cycled their way to school to reduce carbon foot print.

The staff and the prefects were divided into two groups. They started cycling towards school at 7.15 am from Saket Nagar Square and Bharwarkuan Square.

The first group from Saket Nagar Square was headed by principal Neeraj Kumar Bedhotiya and head boy Shivansh Bagadiya. Second group from Bhawarkuan Square was headed by primary school principal Vineeta Bedhotiya and head girl Naquia Barwaniwala.


Both the groups reached White Church at 7.35 am and from there the two groups reached school at 7.45 am.

The group was cheered by all the staff and school students. A special assembly was conducted to laud their efforts. Everyone pledged to organise and participate in more such events.

Prior to this event, 23,000 saplings of 40 varieties were planted in the campus.
