South Asia facing imbalance in energy demand and supply: Dharmendra Pradhan

Union Minister for Oil and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan attended a conference on ‘Assessing India’s connectivity with its Neighbourhood’ in New Delhi. In his inaugural address at the conference, Union Minister spoke about the need for cooperation in trade and energy sector to create the world’s largest integrated energy market. He stressed on the fact that South Asia was facing an imbalance in energy demand and its supply leading to increased import dependency.
