Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta on Thursday asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to clarify his position on illegal immigrants in Delhi. He demanded the Government to bring a Bill in the upcoming Assembly session.

He demanded that Delhi Government must scrutinize voter-lists and ration cards. The voter cards and ration of illegal immigrants must be cancelled. He said it is essential to bring down Delhi's crime graph and ensure that the resources of the city are not misused by people who do not belong to this city and the country.

He also demanded an illegal immigrants' cell in each DCP office and in all the police districts should be open. "Four lakh fake ration cards must be scrutinized to check illegal immigrants," he said.
