Michael & Cabral to replace Francis & Madkaikar?

It is now certain that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will drop his two ailing ministers – Francis D’Souza and Pandurang Madkaikar. Right now, two names are being speculated as the replacement – Nilesh Cabral and Michael Lobo.But the final decision would be taken only after Parrikar returns from the USA after his treatment. He is leaving on the 9th of August.
