The driver of a Porsche SUV has wedged his vehicle into a New York jogging path while trying to avoid a traffic jam. He fled the scene on foot before police could arrive and no arrests have been made.

A Canadian woman , who is eight months pregnant, has been served a coffee cup full of cleaning fluid at a McDonald’s drive-through. The restaurant’s manager apologised, saying that the machine had recently been cleaned and the detergent had not been disconnected when the woman’s coffee was made.

Pet pig thwarts home burglary

An Indianapolis family is crediting their pet pig Dumplin for stopping a burglary at their home. The family says the would-be thieves broke into the home and made their way through the house to where Dumplin is kept – before fleeing empty-handed.
