Deal is valued at $875 million; Thomas H. Lee Partners to Make Cash Infusion

Packaged-food company Post Holdings Inc. has reached a roughly $875 million deal to transfer its private-brands business into a new subsidiary and get a cash infusion from private-equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners LP.
