India vs England: After being dropped, Cheteshwar Pujara helps teammate Murali Vijay to face English bowlers

After the toss against England when Virat Kohli announced his team, Cheteshwar Pujara’s name was not mentioned in the team, and KL Rahul was included. After this, a debate among cricket fans started. However, a video posted by Sanjay Manjrekar on his Twitter handle shows team spirit, “This is what team sport teaches you. Pujara not playing, but making sure that M Vijay gets the best possible preparation before he goes into bat.#INDvENG #SonyLiv”, his tweet reads.

In the video, Pujara kept bowling to Vijay for the full lengths, which will help him against James Anderson and Stuart Broad.

Pujara was struggling to get going in his county stint for Yorkshire and he never looked confident against Afghanistan as well as against Essex in the only warm-up game.

England were dismissed for 287 when Mohammed Shami got rid of Sam Curran in the second over of the day. Vijay and Dhawan strode out to bat and as expected the lengths were pitched up enticing the drive.
