Ujjain: Following a yearly tradition, the Kshatriya Lodhi community is organising a Kalash Yatra for the social welfare on Wednesday. Community president Anita Rajput giving details of the schedule, said the yatra would begin at 9 am from Ramghat and conclude at Mahakaleshwar temple. Mahila wing president Rita Narwariya, Sanjay Lodhi and several other community members will participate in the Kalash yatra.
Felicitation programme to be held in Lokmanya Tilak School today
On the death anniversary of Bal Gangadhar Tilak aka Lokmanya Tilak, a felicitation programme for students and parents will be organised in Lokmanya Tilak Vidhya Vihar Higher Secondary School on Wednesday from 10 am. Students who secured a place in the merit list in class X and XII will be felicitated along with parents in the programme.
Principal Ashok Kadel informed that students Yash Jaiswal secured top position in class XII, Kanika Vyas got first place in zoology, Yash Mehta from commerce will be felicitated along with their parents. MLA Mohan Yadav will be present as chief guest of the programme, he added.
