Noida: The rebates in circle rates in Noida will come into force from Wednesday.
S K Singh, assistant commissioner of stamps and registry department, Gautam Budh Nagar, said in registration of flats in a group housing society, 5% stamp duty will be charged on car parking (Rs 3 lakh for covered parking and Rs 1.5 lakh for open parking). The other three facilities — community centre/club, swimming pool and gym — will be charged at 2% each.
The stamp and registry department in a document states that if there is a residential academic institution in a sector other than institutional areas, the circle rates of such plots would be 50% less than the present rate.TNN
