Delays easing on key roads for Brisbane city commuters

Congestion is easing after a crash on Coronation Drive outound at the Go Between Bridge on Wednesday morning.

Queensland Traffic warned that congestion was building on the M3 from Woolloongabba due to the crash.

Commuters were delayed along the Riverside Expressway and Captain Cook Bridge, with feeder roads into the motorway also affected.

The crash was cleared by 9am with residual delays gradually easing.

Meanwhile emergency services were also on the scene of a crash at Rocklea on the M7 Ipswich Motorway, beneath the Donaldson Road overpass, with more delays back to Wacol.

The left lane was reopened on the M7 after vehicles involved were towed away, and delays clearing by 9am.

And a breakdown on the M3 Pacific Motorway northbound at Upper Mount Gravatt saw cognestion building further.

The vehicle ran out of fuel, but was refueled by 8.50am and cleared the road.
