He said: “Many of us are not aware of how to use a product or in what other ways we can use it. And who else is better than the hair salons to put these products to their best use.” Undoubtedly, the real drama is created when the product and the artist are put together.

Talking about reasons to enter the physical world of business, Jhha said that initially the products range was launched online, and many websites even do not have a designated section for hair accessories. “In fact, it was being picked up by buyers as just a basket-filler,” she said.

“But, it was only after participating in many exhibitions, fairs, the Company realized that their sale is increasing when the customer is see and feel the product,” she added.
