All three were remanded to face court on Tuesday.

The man's death on Friday remains a mystery.

Police say he was already on the road when he was struck by the vehicle.

Detectives from the homicide squad have appealed for anyone who was in the vicinity of the Poplar Avenue shopping strip between 10pm and midnight who saw a silver-coloured vehicle or a group of people milling around a vehicle to come forward.

Nearby CCTV shows a number of vehicles driving past around this time.

Detectives are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a dark-coloured twin-cab ute that was waved down by a man about 10.50pm.

Investigators have released images of the vehicle in the hope someone can identify the driver or owner.

Police say they may be the only witnesses of the incident.
