Two bike-borne men on Monday stole a bag containing ₹5 lakh. The victim, Sudhakar Naidu, is a realtor. He had withdrawn the money from a bank in RBI Layout, near in Konanakunte. He had placed the bag in the carrier of his bike. He stopped at a paan shop, but on returning to his bike, the bag was missing.
CCTV footage showed two bike-borne men stealing the bag. The Konanakunte police, who have registered a case, suspect that either the two men were known to the victim or had observed him come out of the bank with the bag containing cash.
