Goal machine Laura Pennington has left the North Wales Women's Football League.
Last season the 23-year-old netted 48 goals in all competitions as Northop Hall stormed to the league and NEWFA Cup double.
However, the talented performer has decided to join The New Saints of the FA Women's National League Division One Midlands for the 2018/19 season.
Pennington said she leaves Northop Hall on good terms and wishes the team all the best for the season ahead, but felt she needed a new challenge.
New TNS Ladies manager Lawrence Wilson said: "We believe that the signing of Laura will be a great asset to the club after scoring 48 goals for Northop Hall last season, helping them to secure the North Wales Women’s League title.

"She will bring work rate, a willingness to improve and finishing ability to add to the squad we already have. I am looking forward to working with her this season."
TNS are at level 4 of the English women's football pyramid. Teams competing at this standard aspire to win promotion to the FA Women's National League Northern and Southern divisions.
Pennington has played football for Northop Hall for a number of years. She was part of the Hall team which competed when the Welsh Premier Women's League first went fully national in 2012-13.
Last season, the player known popularly as "Penno" netted 33 league goals and 15 in cups. She struck eight in one Welsh Cup tie against Amlwch Town.
Northop Hall's double-winning manager of last season, Steve Thomas, has stepped down due to personal commitments.
Elain Owen, who has a long association with the club, will take over as manager.
