AP: Three brothers killed in bomb blast in Kurnool

Three brothers were killed in a bomb explosion in Kurnool town on Tuesday.
The deceased have been identified as Jampala Mallikarjun, Jampala Rajasekhaer and Jampala Srinivasulu.

The incident occurred near Nandyal checkpost when the brothers were surveying a construction site.

Jampala Mallikarjun and Jampala Rajasekhaer were in real estate business and were visiting the site with their cousin Jampala Srinivasulu and driver Sudhakar.

According to the reports, some labourers had cleaned up the area and put the garbage at one place and set it on fire.

Suddenly, a massive blast rocked the place due to which Mallikarjun and Rajasekhar died on the spot while Srinivasulu died at a hospital while undergoing treatment. The condition of their driver is stated to be critical.

The police have registered a case in this regard and further investigation is on.
