Govt is ready to provide additional security to industrialists if required :Rajnath Singh

Union home minister Rajnath Singh said that Government of India was ready to provide additional security to industrialists if required because the union government is committed to industrialization because it would help Uttar Pradesh to harness its full potential.

Addressing the Ground Breaking ceremony in which foundation stone of 81 projects was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Sunday he said though law and order is a state subject and UP has done very good in this aspect, still as Home Minister I can assure that Centre will assist the state in all matters in providing security to the industrial sector.

He also congratulated UP government for the achievement and candidly admitted that had he been the CM of UP he would not have achieved such a target. “It is a big achievement for the UP and now everything is happening in the state which no one ever thought about,” he said.

Singh said that Uttar Pradesh has a unlimited potential to achieve economic power. Harnessing that potential is a big task and this government is doing it in a systematic manner. 

He, however gave credit to Prime Minister Modi to start such investment progammes in India through Vibrant Gujarat. He has passed on that Midas touch to UP and the state is now moving ahead in meeting its goals.

The Union home minister, the local MP from Lucknow, also assured the industrialists and the industry sector of all security to run their units.
