Man dies after bike collision, another hurt

A 37-year-old man died while another was critically injured in a head on collision between two motorbikes at Megna trisection on Shamsabad road under Berasia police station area on Sunday.

Police said that two injured persons were rushed to nearby hospital after their motorbikes collided head-on at around 3.30 on Sunday at Shamsabad road.

SHO of Berasia police station SN Pandey said that the impact of the collision proved fatal for Chandan Singh while rider of other motorbike Lalla sustained severe injuries and his condition is critical due to which the doctors referred him to Bhopal for treatment.

The deceased was identified as Chandan Singh of Sunkheda while the injured is identified as Lalla of Vidisha. The details of the two are yet to be found and would be investigated in the further investigation, he added.
