A railway clerk has accused a Railway Protection Force (RPF) inspector and three RPF employees of attempting to extort ₹5 lakh from him. All personnel are from Kasara station.
Senior police inspector Dinkar Pingle from the Kalyan GRP said the booking clerk filed the FIR on Friday night against M.K. Shrivastav and three others. “He said the four RPF staff alleged that he was selling tickets illegally and demanded ₹5 lakh,” he said.
