John Halliday joins Al Baleed Resort Salalah

John Halliday takes up the role of food and beverage director in Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara in Oman.

 

 

He has more than 20 years of international hospitality experience with a penchant of guest satisfaction and service.

 

 

Earlier, Halliday has spent four years as food and beverage manager at the Desert Palm Dubai in the UAE. He led a team of more than 100 staff members for the food and beverage operation along with associated parties.

 

 

In his newly assigned role at Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara he was looking forward to lead a passionate team and work in a beautiful destination.

 

 

Halliday graduated from the Hugh Baird Catering College in Liverpool and studied advanced catering and hospitality.

 

 

He started his career as a commis chef before moving on to various front-of-house roles like  restaurant and operation  manager.
