The Board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank at its meeting held on 26 July 2018 has authorised the Capital Raising Committee to evaluate various capital raising options in addition to such options which were already approved by the Board at its meeting held on 25 June 2018, and upon finalisation of such capital raising options, present the same to the Board of the Directors for their approval, and further authorised the Capital Raising Committee to take adequate steps and appoint Khaitan & Co, LLP as the Domestic Legal Counsel, IIFL Holdings Limited as an advisor and the lead manager, M/s J.
