The 2018 F1 Hungarian GP takes place at the Hungaroring in Budapest

Formula 1 heads to Budapest this weekend for the Hungarian Grand Prix, the final race before the sport takes its summer break.

After Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas secured a one-two in Germany last weekend, Mercedes go into Sunday’s race at the Hungaroring leading in both the drivers’ and constructors’ championships.

All the same, Mercedes principal Toto Wolff believes his team faces a huge challenge from title rivals Ferrari.

Wolff told Sky Sports F1: “Even though we have taken the lead back in both championships, I still think that Ferrari has a very strong package at the moment and they will be the enemy and the competitor to beat.

“Budapest was always a difficult one for us. I still think that the hot temperatures and the layout of the Hungary track doesn’t suit the DNA of our car so much.”

In last year’s Hungarian GP, Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen secured a one-two for Ferrari.
