CHENNAI:
DakshinaChitra is organising a
workshop on
traditional architecture by senior conservation architect
Benny Kuriakose on its premises in Muttukadu on August 18 and 19.
The two-day event will deal with subjects such as understanding of traditional architecture and its relevance, materials, techniques and conservation of architecture.
The workshop fee is Rs 1,200, inclusive of lunch and refreshments.
Registration is mandatory, and it is open till August 12.
Timing is between 10am and 5.30pm. Guest house facility is available for outstation participants.
