Heavy rains wreak havoc in Delhi-NCR, traffic affected due to water-logging

Heavy rains lashed Delhi and the National Capital Region on Thursday morning bringing respite from the humid conditions and bringing down the mercury. Weather officials predicted more spells of rain throughout the day. Till 8.30 a.m., the city recorded 4.6 mm of rainfall in the last 24 hours and the relative humidity was 93 per cent.
