The comedian John Melendez claims to have prank-called Donald Trump, discussing immigration policy and potential Supreme Court candidates as the US president travelled on Air Force One. Pretending to be senator Robert Menendez, the comedian reportedly spoke with both Trump and his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Worker slept on the job for four years

An unnamed female worker at the California department of motor vehicles spent about three hours of her working day asleep for nearly four years, according to an internal audit. Investigators say the woman, who still works at the DMV, snoozed through more than 2,200 hours of work, costing taxpayers more than $40,000.
